摘要: 随着图像处理技术的快速发展,数字图像处理软件的功能今非昔比,即使普通人也能够很轻易地对图像内容进行篡改,一幅图像的内容再也不能眼见为实。图像篡改而导致的掩盖真相的性质增加了社会的不公平性,图像篡改的危害也越来越严重。在图像篡改手段中,图像的复制粘贴是最常见也是最隐蔽的篡改手段。复制粘贴篡改取证主要分为同幅图像的复制粘贴与异幅图像的复制粘贴,文章将重点研究同幅图像的复制粘贴篡改检测算法。为解决已有的 SIFT 算法在数字图像复制粘贴篡改检测操作中使用范围小、效率不高的问题,文章通过分析此类算法的原理,提出了一种基于圆形描述算子的 CSIFT 数字图像复制粘贴篡改检测算法。该算法在原有 SIFT 算法的基础上采用颜色不变量的梯度方向作为方向特征,使用圆形描述算子进行特征匹配,适当扩大了原有算法的适用范围,降低了特征维数。大量实验表明该算法比原有SIFT 算法具有更高的检测质量与检测效率。

Abstract: With the rapid development of image processing technology, the functionality of digital image processing software also has promtoted sharply,even ordinary people can easily distort the image content. Content of an image can no longer be convincing, the nature of reversing the truth of image tampering increases social inequity. and the harm of image tampering becomes increasingly serious. Among the image tampering means, copy and paste is the most common and also the most hidden. Copy and paste tampering of image is mainly divided into the tampering in the same image and in the different images.This paper focus on the copy and paste tampering in the same image.To solve the problem of small range of application and low efficiency of the existing SIFT algorithm that is applied in copy and paste tampering in digital image, a detecting algorithm that is based on circular descriptor operator of CSIFT for the copy and paste tampering of digital image is presented by analyzing the principle of SIFT algorithm . In this algorithm, color invariant gradient direction as the direction feature is used to extend scope of application of algorithm and low -dimensional circular descriptor operator is used as feature matching to low the feature dimensions .A large number of experiments show that the algorithm has better detection quality and detection efficiency compared with the SIFT algorithm.
