Abstract: Network security and law enforcement technology is a young discipline developed in recent years. It is the fusion of comprehensive knowledge of computer science, law, sociology, science of public security and so on. The discipline owns wide researching field, involves rich content, and has obvious trans-disciplinary characteristics, which poses challenges to the construction of the discipline. In this article, from the existing practice of disciplines , the characteristics of the local public security institutions is analyzed to describe research fields during the disciplines construction, the relationship between discipline and professional, and personnel cultivation.At last, the proposals and problems that should be paid attention are put forward about the selection and construction, the method of personnel training, professional and curriculum construction, and etc. in the research field of network security and law enforcement technology discipline.
